l Primary Function |
l Lab experiment and technical support on customer site.
l Serves as a key technical interface.
l Takes out to the field product introductions with sales person.
l Prepares and conducts effective presentations and technical proposals to customers.
l Responsible for successful implementation of quality and/or process improvements. Develops and implements tactical plans to demonstrate value of new and current ISD technologies to customers. |

- Applies knowledge of competitor activities to incorporate / differentiate Ingredion products and technologies.
- Experienced in statistical analysis and DOE. Demonstrated root cause problem solving skills.
- Recommends new products and formulations to address changes in customer specifications and requirements.
- Develops and conducts field tests of product or process capabilities to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Effectively directs technicians in carrying out project related assignments.
- Has thorough understanding of ISD product integration with customer applications and manufacturing processes.

- Working experience in paper mill (Paper machine) or paper chemical supplier (Wet End Chemical) or combination is preferred
- Spoken and written English and Chinese
