个人简介:

女,讲师,20208月毕业于南京农业大学食品科学与工程专业,获工学博士学位。2021年3月入职于南京林业大学轻工与食品学院。主要研究方向为农产品采后贮藏与保鲜。目前研究集中于果实采后冷害调控的分子机制;果蔬采后风味物质和酚类物质代谢的调控机制;果蔬采后新型贮藏保鲜材料的研究。以第一作者在Postharvest Biology and TechnologyFood ChemistryLWT-Food Science and Technology等期刊上发表SCI论文18篇。

主要研究方向:

1.有机酸代谢在果实采后冷害调控中的分子机制;

2.果实采后风味物质与酚类物质代谢调控机制;

3.果蔬采后新型贮藏保鲜材料的研究。
