杨方威副教授
个人简历:

杨方威,男,汉族,中国共产党党员,工学博士、博士后,南京林业大学F类水杉英才,副教授,硕士研究生导师,森林食物资源挖掘与利用全国重点实验室固定成员。

2020年07月毕业于中国农业大学食品科学与营养工程学院食品科学专业,获工学博士学位;2023年02月于江南大学食品学院博士后出站;2023年03月调入南京林业大学轻工与食品学院工作。

主要研究方向是食品安全与质量控制、食品营养与健康,尤其是致力于森林植物源(药食同源)食品功能活性成分挖掘筛查、功效作用评价和稳态化及其与牛乳蛋白结合互作、功能特性改善相关的研究。

目前主持或完成国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目、中国博士后科学基金面上一等资助项目、南京林业大学水杉师资科研启动基金、江苏省市场监管重点实验室开放课题、中原食品实验室开放课题、北京工商大学开放课题、江南大学博士后科研启动基金、企业横向课题等各1项,是“十四五”国家重点研发计划课题骨干和联系人,参与“十三五”国家重点研发计划项目、教育部工程研究中心项目等多项,入选江苏省科技副总(省级科技人才)。

近年来,以第一或通讯作者发表SCI论文10余篇,其中农林科学领域TOP5期刊论文2篇,受邀担任Advanced Functional Foods、《轻工学报》等多个学术期刊的青年编委和客座编辑,入选郑州市食品安全协会专家库,是教育部学位论文评审专家以及Food Hydrocolloids、Food Chemistry、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Food and Chemical Toxicology、Chemosphere、Spectrochimica Acta Part A: Molecular and Biomolecular Spectroscopy、Scientia Horticulturae、《轻工学报》《食品安全质量检测学报》等国内外多个学术期刊的审稿人。

主讲本科生《食品微生物学》《普通微生物学》《食品试验设计与统计分析》和研究生《现代食品毒理学》等课程,参讲本科生《食品专业导论》课程。

主要研究方向:

(1)植物天然产物挖掘、抑菌机理和食品防腐保鲜。

(2)食品品质和污染物快速鉴别与检测分析。

(3)食品污染物毒性评价、消减控制与干预研究。

(4)植物源性食品功能活性成分筛查、功效评价与稳态化。
