个人简介:

杜红英,女,理学博士,教授/博士生导师,兰州大学博士,美国密歇根大学\耶鲁大学博士后。

湖北省食品科技学会会员、广东省高性能计算学会理事、湖北省农业领域产学研合作科技特派员。 回国后到华中农业大学食品科技学院食品大分子与功能团队,2022年8月转入南京林业大学轻工与食品学院工作。

主要从事基于多组学技术的食品营养与保鲜研究;生物大分子互作;食品危害物的风险评估等方面科研和教学工作。主持各类科研项目共8项,其中国家级3项(国家自然基金面上、青年项目及科技部重点研发项目课题1项)、省部级4项。发表SCI论文50余篇,其中第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文41篇(高被引论文1篇)。多次带领本科生参加学科竞赛,并荣获全国大学生生物创新大赛一等奖等多种奖项。
