个人简介:

邱益彬,博士,南京林业大学轻工与食品学院讲师。2019年6月毕业于南京工业大学发酵工程专业,获得工学博士学位,同年9月就职于南京林业大学轻工与食品学院,主要从事微生物与食品生物技术方面的教学科研工作。近年来在Journal of Agricultural and Food ChemistryBiotechnology for Biofuels、Bioresource Technology等本领域主流期刊发表论文10余篇,申请专利2项。




主要研究方向:

1) 微生物合成生物学与代谢工程;

2) 高效果糖基生物质利用的细胞工厂构建及其开发;

3) 功能糖的人工合成设计与平台化制备;

4) CRISPR定点编辑技术方法构建及应用等方面研究
