个人简介:

褚兰玲,女,博士,讲师。20183月毕业于东南大学食品营养与卫生专业,获博士学位;20169-20179月,国家公派联合培养于Simon Fraser University(加拿大西蒙弗雷泽大学)化学系化学材料及生物分析实验室;20186-至今,就职于南京林业大学轻工与食品学院,从事教学科研工作。近年来在国内外核心学术期刊(如Food Chem., Anal. Methods, ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces, Clin. Chim. Acta 等)发表SCI论文10余篇。


主要研究方向:

食品营养因子及有害物安全检测;

基于纳米材料的样品前处理分析方法及生物芯片检测技术研究。

研究课题情况:

(1)中国博士后科学基金面上项目,2019M661699,纳米纤维固相萃取生物毒素及生物芯片检测技术研究,2019-2021,主持,在研。

(2)江苏省博士后科研资助项目,2019K197,纳米纤维固相萃取黄曲霉毒素及生物光盘芯片检测研究,2019-2021,主持,在研。

(3)茶树生物学与资源利用国家重点实验室开放基金项目,SKLTOF20190123,纳米纤维固相萃取茶叶黄曲霉毒素及生物光盘检测技术,2020-2022,主持,在研。

(4)南京林业大学高层次(高学历)人才科研启动基金项目,GXL2018048,基于纳米材料的食品中农药残留检测前处理方法研究,2019/07-2021/12,主持,在研。

(5)国家自然科学基金面上项目,81673230,空气颗粒物暴露致儿童神经损伤的标识物分析及应用研究,2017/01-2020/12,参加,在研。

(6)国家重大仪器专项(科技部),2014YQ060773,原子荧光重金属在线监测设备的开发和应用,2014/10-2018/09,参加子项目,在研。
